Vasilios F. Tzenetidis is a Nursing Officer and Researcher specializing in psychosocial risks, patient safety, trauma management, and medical aviation. He has extensive clinical, operational, and administrative experience within military healthcare settings, having served in key roles at the Hellenic Air Force General Staff, the 251 Air Force General Hospital, and the 414 Military Hospital for Special Diseases. He is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education at the University of Thessaly, where he teaches and designs courses in trauma management, first aid, hemorrhage control, decision-making and triage in mass casualty incidents, infection prevention and control, and patient safety in high-risk healthcare environments. He holds degrees in Nursing and Social Policy, a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, and is a PhD candidate in Nursing, with a strong research portfolio focused on psychosocial work environment, safety culture, medication errors, and healthcare quality.
