Purpose

The Nausea course addresses the causes, prevention, and management of nausea and vomiting in the aeromedical environment. Emphasis is placed on motion sickness, stress-related symptoms, and underlying medical conditions that may be aggravated during flight. Learners acquire practical strategies to reduce discomfort, prevent complications, and maintain patient stability and safety throughout aeromedical transport.
