Purpose

The Calculation of Oxygen Needs course provides learners with the knowledge and skills required to accurately calculate oxygen requirements during aeromedical transport. Emphasis is placed on patient condition, duration of flight, altitude effects, and equipment limitations, enabling safe planning and prevention of oxygen depletion during missions.
