Purpose

The Crew Resource Management (CRM) course focuses on the effective use of all available human, technical, and informational resources to enhance safety and performance in aviation and aeromedical operations. Learners develop an understanding of communication, teamwork, leadership, situational awareness, and decision-making, aiming to reduce human error and improve coordination among crew members during complex and high-risk missions.
