George Mitselos is a graduate of the Department of Sociology at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences and an Officer of the Hellenic Police, currently serving in the Crime Prevention and Investigation Division.
He is a certified instructor of the Hellenic Police, with extensive experience in operational training, personal protection, defensive tactics, firearms safety, defensive shooting, motorcycle policing, detainee transport, and the protection of critical facilities and high-risk targets.

He also serves as a Police Negotiator, specializing in crisis situations involving hostages, kidnappings, high-risk incidents, and individuals under severe psychological or emotional pressure.

His professional background combines operational security, behavioural assessment, crisis communication, conflict de-escalation, and decision-making under pressure. Within the Flight Med Institute, he contributes to educational areas related to aviation security awareness, crisis negotiation, behavioural threat recognition, conflict management, and the safe handling of critical incidents in aviation and high-reliability operational environments.
