Refund and Returns Policy

This policy sets out the terms of purchases, returns, registrations and payments that govern the use of our website and services.

Use of the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

1. 💳 Purchases and Payments Policy

Product and service purchases are made via PayPal or bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc.).

All transactions are secure and are made via encrypted channels (SSL).

Upon completion of payment, an electronic document (receipt or invoice) is issued and automatically sent via email.

2. 🎓 Enrollment Policy

  • The user creates an account on the platform in order to enroll in an educational program.
  • Access to the course is immediate after payment confirmation.
  • The duration of access to the course content is six (6) months from the date of activation.
  • After the expiration of the access period, the account remains active only for purchase history, without the right to renew access unless otherwise provided by a special offer or program.

The refund policy varies depending on the nature of the product or service:

A. Courses (Online Courses)

No refunds once the user has accessed the course or any part of the educational material.

Absolutely legal and clean.

There must be clear information before purchase.

B. Books (Physical products)

Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in undamaged condition, without damage or signs of use, and in its original packaging. In the event of a defective or damaged copy, a replacement will be provided.

Completely in line with European and Greek law.

Directive 2011/83/EU, Law 2251/1994 art. 3e.

4. 📦 Responsibility for Returning Products

The customer is solely responsible for the safe return of the product.

The seller reserves the right to refuse the return or refund if the product is received with damage, signs of use or without its original packaging.

In the event of a dispute regarding the condition of the returned product, the photographic record of the condition of the product upon receipt by the company is considered evidence.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.

5. ⏳ Refund Process

  • Refunds (where permitted) are made within 10 business days of confirmation of acceptance of the return.
  • The refund is made using the same payment method originally used (PayPal or bank card).
  • The refund amount only concerns the value of the product, excluding shipping costs.

6. 🌍 International Application and Applicable Law

This policy applies to users inside and outside the European Union (EU, UK, US), in full compliance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2019/770 on digital services,
  • Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights,
  • Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection (Greece),
  • as well as the corresponding international standards UK Consumer Rights Act and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
